• HEAT PLUS REBATE - Rebate for a new or conversion to electric furnaces, baseboard heat and heat pumps. Requires and electric water heater to be hooked up.

• ENERGY STAR CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONER REBATE - Unit must be Energy Star Rated. 14.5 SEER and verified in ARI Standards book. 16 SEER and verified in ARI Standards book Window AC unit.
