1. We do not net meter. We do interconnect and pay back at avoided cost (around $0.025 per kWh)
2. We do not “bank” kWh’s.
3. You cannot have the heat rate and an interconnection. If you choose interconnection, you lose the heat rate.
4. Before installing a solar energy system, consider reducing your energy use by making your home more energy efficient. Many energy efficiency measures have a faster return on investment, and the initial investment is less than that of a renewable energy system.
